Mabey’s DURA-BASE® mats can be installed quickly with some basic preparation. Contact your Mabey representative about optional, on-site installation services.
- In many cases, mat installation is possible with little-to-no site preparation.
- Mats are typically moved and placed with a forklift. Final positioning is achieved by ground personnel with an alignment tool.
- The final step is the installation of pins. An average of two to three pins per mat is sufficient for most applications; more pins may be used for extremely soft conditions.
