I particularly liked that after the job was sold, you did not walk away and let us fend for ourselves. You were there every step of the way. I really appreciated it when you spent several days in our yard with my foremen while we built the towers. You would not leave until everyone was comfortable with the system and had every question answered. You were also there when we erected them at the job site and supplied the owner with verification that the towers were erected to your standards and specs.
In today’s market, you are the exception to the rule. Most companies forget all about you once the job is sold and will only respond after several calls to any problems that you might have. You were always available to answer any questions I or my engineer might have.
