Installation

DuraBase® Composite Mats can be installed quickly with some basic preparation. Ask your Mabey representative about optional, on-site installation services.

Additionally: 

• In many cases, mat installation is possible with little-to-no site preparation. 
• Mats are typically moved and placed with a forklift. Final positioning is achieved by ground personnel with an alignment tool.
• The final step is the installation of pins. An average of two to three pins per mat is sufficient for most applications; more pins may be used for extremely soft conditions.
