The JC40^® Box

• Adjustable strut system allows JC40^® to work in excavations up to 14' (or 20' with 8" pipe adaptors) wide
• Hinged mechanical struts allow the box to be installed by the "dig and push" method, minimizing excavation and backfill
• Mechanical screw-in strut allows adjustments to be made in the trench
• With the box in place, the struts can be braced against the trench walls, minimizing disturbance to surrounding soil
• Depth rating of 13' in Type C soil (when used with extension box)  

Manhole Box

The Mabey Manhole Box is designed to be used alongside Mabey Trenchboxes for quick manhole construction.

• Adjustable and stackable
• 4" thick, double-wall construction
• Panels available in 8', 10' and 12' lengths
• 5" spreader pipes allow for standard trench widths of 8', 10' or 12'
• Rated up to 25' deep in Type C soil
• Optional cut-out panel allows for easy construction around existing utilities

The Four-Sided Box

The Four-sided Box represents an excellent solution for a variety of shoring jobs, from manholes and footings to small tanks. It’s the perfect tool for work in holes that require shoring on four sides. 

Heavy Duty Boxes

Mabey carries a large inventory of trench boxes, which may be equipped with a high-arch spreader, allowing easy access to large pipe laying, boring and jacking projects or tubular static struts. These systems feature:

• Traditional "static", tubular - strut box
• Dimensions ranging from 6' to 32' 
• Panels available in standard heights of 6', 8' and 10' 
• Wall thickness of 4", 6" or 8" 
• Available 4' extension boxes allow you to excavate up to 42' in type C soil
• High arch spreaders available for large pipe laying and jacking operations
