Mat-75 has long been established as an industry standard for the temporary support of heavy loads. The Mat-75 systems is capable of supporting up to 165kips.

Its versatility makes it suitable for:

• Heavy duty propping
• Temporary bridge piers
• Access platforms
• Temporary support of heavy plant cranes

The basic components comprise battened column units of various lengths together with bracing members enabling the columns to be set at 5' and 10' standard centers.

Column spacers enable these centers to be increased by multiples of 5.2" or the columns to be close coupled for heavy concentrated loads.

The standard grillage, which comprises paired I beams in various lengths, is used for cap and ground beams. All connections are by M20 bolts. An extensive range of ancillary equipment is available including release devises for propping applications, heavy grillage and spreader beams designed to optimize the Mat-75 system column capacity.
