Mabey Bridge & Shore rents and sells a broad range of products for shoring, propping, bridging, and temporary roadways.

The company seeks a General Manager for its Matting Division which rents and installs temporary roadways constructed from prefabricated composite mats to customers throughout the Eastern Seaboard. The Division has a broad range of clients who require temporary access for heavy equipment over soft ground. This is a fast moving business, continually dealing with numerous concurrent projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the commercial and operational management of the Division and will report direct to the company President.

Candidates must be able to strategically plan, develop / execute business plans, work with all levels of management, analyze / implement strategies to improve inventory control, and train, coach and mentor staff within the division.

Applicants are required to have a construction engineering background.

Requirements
A minimum of ten to fifteen years experience in construction contract and project management with a degree in Engineering. Travel required.
