Customer Service Representative
Mabey Bridge & Shore is a leading provider of pre-engineered, underground shoring and modular bridging systems. Headquartered in Baltimore, we have nine regional offices located in GA, MA, NJ, FL, MD, PA, and CA providing direct access to the East and West Coast construction industry.
The successful candidate can communicate with customers by phone and in person, direct calls to appropriate personnel, assist outside sales representatives, research customer accounts for services rendered, prepare sales quotes, purchase orders, general notes received, and assist with products through data entry. Other responsibilities may include basic clerical duties, as well as to coordinate and schedule deliveries for bridging and shoring equipment.
Requirements
Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with strong communication skills, is detail-oriented, and has the ability to multi-task. This individual will have strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Excel and excellent organizational skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred. A self starter and the ability to work independently are highly recommended. Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus.
