Mabey Bridge & Shore, Inc. is seeking a Training Specialist to improve and update our learning content for Training and Development.  This position is based out of our Headquarters office in Elkridge, Maryland.

Qualifications / Skills:

• Instructional design experience, to include development of learning content for multiple delivery platforms.
• Experience using rapid development tools to create e-learning content for LCMS delivery.
• Ability to facilitate training courses for learner groups of varying sizes and skill levels.
• Understanding of adult learning methods and the application of blended learning in a corporate environment.
• Ability to design, develop, and implement best-in-class learning programs for hard- and soft-skills development.

Duties / Responsibilities: 

• Partner with subject matter experts to develop training content for specific areas of the business, including Operations, Sales, Safety, IT, and Finance.
• Create learning materials for delivery using a blended-learning strategy, to include classroom, practical, web, and printed delivery methods.
• Facilitate training in a classroom, practical, or webinar-based setting for various learner groups.
• Assist with tracking and measurements of training effectiveness using assessment tools and observation.
• Other duties as assigned.
