Mabey Bridge & Shore is seeking an experienced Client Financial Services Specialist for our Headquarter's Office in Elkridge, Maryland.
Essential Functions:
- Contacting customers with delinquent accounts, initiating appropriate action and maintaining accurate records.
- Responding to customer disputes and assist in the resolution process and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Posting payments to customer’s accounts.
- Credit application processing when necessary.
- Running and reviewing credit reports.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE:
- Associate's degree preferred.
- Must have at least 3-5 years of commercial collection experience in related field.
- Experience in the Construction industry is preferred.
- Must be able to handle customer disputes and assist in the resolution process and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Superior customer service skills are imperative.
- Candidate should be familiar with Construction lien and Bond laws.
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office with emphasis in Excel and Word.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment which requires exceptional organizational skills.
- Great Plains software experience is helpful.
