Mabey Bridge & Shore, Inc. is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to support our executive staff at our Headquarters in Elkridge, Maryland.


This position provides administrative and secretarial support for the CEO and executive staff to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the day-to-day operations of the office.  The position requires a self starter committed to high quality service with the ability to maintain a strong customer service demeanor under pressure. 


Duties / Responsibilities:   

  • Work under the pressures of high visibility, fast turn-around, and the highest quality expectations.
  • Act as a liaison with other departments and outside agencies.
  • Handle confidential and non-routine information and explain policies when necessary.
  • Compose, edit, and assist in preparations of all correspondence including letters, memoranda, meeting notes, and reports.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executive staff.
  • Screen incoming calls for CEO. 
  • Establish and maintain an extensive filing system.
  • Be at ease working with senior staff.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

 


Requirements:

  • Requires an associate's degree (bachelor's degree preferred) with at least 4 years experience
  • Requires high proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience in taking minutes and transcribing notes preferred
  • Written and verbal communication skills must be very strong
  • High degree of professionalism, poise, effective interpersonal skills and a team player
  • Organized with ability to multi-task, but ultimately, clear prioritization skills are a must
