Mabey Bridge & Shore is seeking an experienced Depot or Branch Manager with some Inside Sales experience for the Tampa, FL area.

Track, audit, verify, and document inventory variances using inventory control procedures and inventory control software.

Supervise and direct employees engaged in processing equipment movement transactions.

Supervise all operational personnel assigned to the depot.

Enforce company policies and safety regulations.

Establish and prioritize work schedules to accommodate changing customer demands.

Develop and implement plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals.

Control of labor overtime and maintain work records.

Maintain rigid compliance with all purchasing, procurement procedures, and credit control procedures.
Efficiently utilize Mabey trucking.

Work with other Depot Managers/Supervisors to ensure optimal use of assets.

Work with staff to determine routing and legal load limits of trucks, according to established schedules and weight limits of states.

Ensure that periodic maintenance and repair of yard equipment, machinery, and vehicles is completed on a routine basis.

Confer with regional sales staff to establish and agree on schedule of equipment to be shipped/returned.

Ensure all required paperwork is accurately completed prior to the close of business.

Ensure all returned equipment is assessed and returned to its proper yard storage location prior to the close of business.

Supervise and coordinate monthly perpetual stock take and semi annual stock take.

Train employees on correct stock take inventory procedures.

Duties / Responsibilities - Inside Sales Rep:

Call prospective and current customes in designated market areas to qualify leads and explain products/services offered.

Maintain target for outgoing 'sales' phone calls to solicit for new business opportunities or leads.

Organize and carry out custome mail-outs to promote new business.

Regular use of sales lead service to track and follow-up on new work bidding and awarded.

Handle all inbound sales inquiries

Preparation of quotations and bid packages to the required standard and accuracy, to all customer review and acceptance.

Follow-up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to, solicit further sales and solve or refer problems.

Responsible for the accurate and daily update of the company authorized Customer Contact Management system.

Answering telephones and assisting customers.

Performing other sales, operational, and administrative functions, as needed.

Produce sales, marketing, and other reports, as required by the regional sales manager.
